Home Building Consultations

Each and every one of our projects begins with a home building consultation. During this stage, we will evaluate your needs and concerns and draft up a proposal. Your input is important and we encourage you to be specific about what you do and do not want out of your custom house.

Home Drawing

As part of your package, we will provide a home drawing that will be reviewed and edited with you. This gives you a detailed preview of how your home will look. We then send it off to an engineer who can provide exact specifications and, if the design meets your expectations, we can begin building.

In House Design

We provide in house design to help you visualize the interior of your home so we can make your dreams a reality. After discussing and confirming your desired floor plan, we will send your design to our engineer so we can proceed with the build.
